xo,

ohh! i've been wanting to do this. it's cool that you did. i like the way you say again and dialect (it's like very pronounced on the 'lect' part). also your shirt is awesome as is the last meal tapestry in the background!! (i've been obsesssssed with tapestries lately). xo
ReplyDeletewe say almost all of these the same! our only differences were crayon, pecan and "spittin" image ;)
ReplyDeleteOh, this is so fun! I hadn't seen anyone else do a dialect video but I like the idea! My boyfriend mocks my slight Texan/Canadian accent, so it might be fun to do this. ;o)
ReplyDeleteI love these videos, have already seen tons and you're the first one to say "route" differently from the others. And I guess a sunshower is a Canadian thing, because only they give that answer to rain fall when it's sunny. This is soooo interesting!
ReplyDeleteyou totally inspired me to do one of these over on my blog (http://artbakelove.blogspot.com/2011/04/dialect-video.html)
ReplyDeleteit's been so neat to hear everyone's answers.
ps: loved that we both had puppies running around in our videos! :)
Look at you cutesy!! in your pretty cutesy dress!
ReplyDeleteYour dog made me giggle! You are so darn cute:)
ReplyDeletethanks Larissa! Carla, he normally makes me giggle too, except he's being really bad today! :(
ReplyDeleteYou are so cute!! Love your dress (and dark hair, still!) :)
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed your vid. There were a bunch of difference in how you say things, which sort of surprised me at first. I didn't notice an accent or anything at first but once you started saying the words there were differences between how you say things and say how we do in BC :)
I love "y'all." :) Britt (above) says it too and I think it's so cute.
