  1. Wow! I loved this post! You are so lucky to be able to walk to your post office and such a beautiful route! I would enjoy that much more than driving down the street to our local post office.

  4. I think craklin's are what some call pork rinds in the south and yes they are delicious! If you ever go to a county fair or town festival look out for carts that do fresh pork rinds they are sooo much better when they are fresh :)

  7. We totally get cracklins in the UK except they are called PORK SCRATCHINGS and they are a bit wrong but everyone secretly loves them.
