H I A T U S

{via 4Four}
Can you believe it's been 11 days since I last made a peep on here. I guess I needed a break, but I'm back, and you'll be seeing some serious changes on here in the coming days. Don't be alarmed, it's all for the better. We're here in Tennessee and happy as clams. So many plans for the future, of our lives and our business. I also have a new direction I want to go in with this space. I hope you'll stick around to see where we go, it will be an adventure, I'm sure.

What have you been doing with yourselves? Leave me a comment and make my heart full. I've missed you more than you know.

xo,
Beca

  1. I can't wait to see what's in store. Over here in Oregon we've just been working on the apartment. We got the toilet in today, it's ridiculous how excited I am over a toilet.

    1. Sometimes household things are the best things to get excited about! We bought paint for our bathroom, and that's pretty exciting! :)

    Not much going on with me lately, been in a creative slump, but I've been feeling way more motivated to shoot and to start new projects. Here's hoping.

  5. You're back!!! YAY!!! Don't worry about lack of posting - we've ALL been there, lady. I don't know if my recent happenings will make your heart full, since it's crazy...

    I was hit by a car while walking on the 14th. Went to the ER on the 15th, with a broken tailbone and lots of other minor injuries. Lots of swelling and bruising. Not long after, Jen started getting extremely sick (as in vomiting) so SHE was rushed to the ER because she's on new meds from her doc... After waiting for blood tests to come back, we found out her Depakote (the meds) levels were EXTREMELY high. If she didn't go in when she did, she could have suffered liver failure. We had NO idea that this could even happen, so we're so so thankful she's okay. She's off that medication for the most part.

    Other than all THAT, everything is getting much better and we're both feeling better!!!

  7. Welcome back! Where did you end up in Tennessee? The hubs and I are working on a three year plan to move to Chattanooga and open a vintage/sweets shop ala Red Velvet. I've enjoyed watching your space and your business evolve over the last year or so and I can't wait to see where it goes next. All the best, Meghan
