Pokey Little Puppy

I am a worrier. Last night I had nightmares all night about customer service and feedback and today I noticed the bags under my eyes that have been slowly getting darker and bigger this last month. I tried to quit drinking soda, but that was the worst three days of my life, so I'm off the wagon and fully caffeinated again. I appreciate you all and hope you're having a good week. And now, back to work.

  1. Oh, Beca... I hear you, sweety. I'm a worrier as well... And I worry over EVERYTHING. Even that which isn't *real* (OCD worries.)

    I also have a nightmare a night... Normally more than one... And they are often *horrible*

    I also am constantly fully caffeinated and if I don't have caffeine, I'm pretty much a sack. :P

  3. I've been worrying like crazy for the past few months (Don't know if my mister will get into college with me :( UUUUGH ) I hope you start feeling better!
    And thats too bad about the soda! Maybe you can try again some time? It might be easier if you gradually get off of it rather than quitting cold turkey!

  4. I have totally had those dreams before and the bags under my eyes. i always try and remember that whatever it is now is not worth my health or well being in the future. Good people know that people do the best they can. I am sending you calming and worry free thoughts:)

  5. What do you do to relieve stress? It sounds ridiculous but I log into a video game and pick virtual flowers for an hour or so and I'm as calm as can be. Fall back on some reliable stress relievers, take little breaks to re-energize yourself, and if you still aren't getting sleep, maybe try some melatonin? Sleep is so important for our bodies and our mood, I hope you get a great night of it tonight!

  6. aw, i love the picture of ollie! and i could stop there like some people would to prove that hardly anyone reads posts (wow, what's my problem?). i kid, i read. ugh, nightmares suck, especially when they keep you awake and all you want to do is sleeeeep. like i've told you before, there are going to be people that are just hard to please, but you know that there are loads and loads more people who are so happy to have your sunglasses and know you, so don't let the bad ones get to you!
