One Year Old

I realized earlier today that in August, not only is it my birthday, but my little blog will be one year old. I have never stuck to an online journal/blog/anything this long before. I had an ongoing relationship with livejournal when I was in my teenage years, and have had a number of blogs that came and went in the past 10 years, but this little guy has stuck around. I can't wait because I am pretty sure some wonderful things are happening in August. Here is a little preview of what's to come.

~My birthday is coming up, on the 12th, and I'll be 26. Yikes!

~My blog turns one year old on August 4th. Lets have a party!

~My Dad is coming to visit on the 21st for a few days and that will be super exciting! He's a really cool dude and I can't wait for you all to meet him on our adventures!

~My last day at the bakery is going to be the 6th. Yes, you heard that right, I put in my resignation today. I'm scared, but due to a series of events, it's not healthy for for me to stay there, and we have bigger and brighter things ahead.

~And in mid August, date tbd, we are going to release our late summer-early fall collection of sunglasses in a limited number and you'll all be the first to see them!

I know that there are going to be a lot of changes! But I am really excited and can't wait to take on this next part of the journey.
